Leashell Camille

Leashell Camille, Class of 2023, is from Queens, New York, and is majoring in African American Studies. She grew up dancing in and out of the dance studio, but mostly around her community. She feels that her dance talents has had the most impact in the growth and development of elementary school student dancers from underrepresented communities in New York City. Coming to Princeton University and joining BodyHype, along with the Black Arts Company, has allowed her to rediscover her love for dance performance and she is excited to be dancing amongst amazing, talented people.
